Modern everyday living places a variety of stresses on our bodies that can result in physical discomfort. I specialize in achieving natural, healthy relief from pain and discomfort using a variety of traditional massage techniques.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, physical problems result from blockages in the flow of energy or "chi" in the body. I use a variety of techniques to release these blockages, helping to reduce or eliminate these causes of pain and discomfort.
Pre-Scheduled appointments are a must. All massages are performed in a private home office room setting. This period of quiet relaxation is beneficial to the client's body, mind and spirit. Personal wellness is something we all need to make time for in our busy lives. One hour every week or every two weeks will make us healthier and happier individuals.
Some of the therapeutic massage services available are Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage and Swedish Relaxation Massage.
